Overview

Jigsawify provides digital services only (no physical goods). This policy explains when refunds may be available for subscriptions and one-time credit packs.

How to Request a Refund

If you would like to request a refund, contact [email protected] and include:

  • Account email
  • Payment date and amount
  • Payment provider order ID

If the issue is technical, include a short description of what happened.

Response Time

We aim to send a first reply to refund-related requests within 3 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Subscription periods that have already started are generally non-refundable.
  • One-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been delivered.
  • Partial refunds are generally not available for credits that have already been used.

Exceptions

We may approve a refund in cases such as duplicate charges, clear technical failures, or where a refund is required by law.

Approved refunds are processed according to the rules and timelines of Creem.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from your account billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your current paid period will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
