    • When: Only when you choose to upload/save/share a puzzle.

    • Where: Stored in your browser (local/session storage).

  3. Account Information (Optional)

    • What: Email address and basic profile details if you create an account.

  4. Usage & Diagnostics

    • What: Non-sensitive usage data such as feature usage, completion time, and device/browser info.
    • Purpose: Improve performance and fix bugs.

  5. Cookies

Local Processing by Default

When you create a puzzle for personal play, image processing happens locally in your browser. Your image is not uploaded unless you choose to save, share, or publish a puzzle.

If you save or share a puzzle, we store the image and puzzle metadata so that the shareable link works across devices.
