Do I need a paid plan to start making photo puzzles?
No. The photo-to-puzzle workflow is free to start. Paid options mainly matter when you want to save more puzzles, share them more reliably, or keep using AI.
Do I need a subscription to use AI generation?
No. You can buy one-time credit packs and use AI generation without a subscription.
What is the difference between credit packs and Pro subscription?
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pro is a recurring plan. Choose credits if you want flexible, occasional AI use. Choose Pro if you expect to keep saving puzzles and using AI over time.
How many credits does each generation use?
Usage depends on feature type and model. The latest credit cost is shown in-product before generation.
Do credits expire?
Yes. One-time credits are valid for 365 days. Subscription credits follow the active billing period.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from billing settings. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Who processes payments for Jigsawify?
Payments for Jigsawify are processed by Creem. For billing questions, cancellations, or refund requests, contact [email protected].
Do you offer refunds?
Refund requests are reviewed under our refund policy (/refund) and applicable payment platform rules.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can still play existing puzzles for free. To generate more AI content, buy credits or upgrade to Pro.
What if I use all free monthly upload saves?
You can still create and play puzzles without saving, with no play limit. Pricing becomes relevant only if you want to keep saving new upload puzzles after the free quota.
